Mount Rainier, Washington

Mount Rainier, Wash., Oct. 17, 2012: A massive stratovolcano located 54 miles southeast of Seattle, Mount Rainier stands at 14,411 ft and is considered one of the most dangerous volcanoes in the world. It is also the highest mountain in Washington and part of the Cascade mountain range.
